Short video highlighting a very meaty and tasty early Spring edible mushroom called Dryad's Saddle, Hawks Wing, or Pheasant-Back Mushroom (Polyporus squamosus). One key identifier of this mushroom, I forgot to mention, is that it smells like watermelon rind.

It is a very meaty mushroom that works well with pastas or as a sautee.
